It is a beautifully written anthology and sits very neatly alongside her book "The Grampian Quartet". Her knowledge of the Cairngorms makes the book interesting, and not just to readers who know the three prose fiction pieces Cairngorms book "The Grampian Quartet" are a good read, and her poetry in "In the Mountains" arises from her love of the mountains/5(16).
